Check in - Check out
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please inform the management by email or phone
- Please give advance notice of arrival time by email or phone and also call at least two hours before arrival on the day of check-in
- Check-out: From 8:00 a.m. and by 10:00 a.m.
Services included
- Electricity, water, gas, garbage tax
- Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases)
- Bath towels (face, guest, shower towel)
- Swimming pool
- Parking space (1 per room/apartment)
Extra services
- Extra cleaning of the apartment (no kitchen) during the stay (on request): € 50.00/each extra cleaning
- Extra cleaning of the kitchen during the stay (on request): € 30.00/each extra cleaning
- Extra change of bed linen: €20.00/bed
- Extra change of bathroom linen: €10.00/person
- Security deposit: up to 2 nights € 50.00, over € 100.00. The deposit will be returned after checking the apartment at Check-out.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: No charge is made for cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations or changes made 30 days to 7 days before arrival are charged 50% of the entire stay.
- After this deadline (7 days before arrival) or in case of no-show, 100% of the entire stay is charged.
- There is no refund for interruption of stay after check-in.
Notes
- Apartments can provide additional guests upon request through the use of sofa beds up to a maximum of 6 people total
- Baby camping bed available free of charge
- Small pets (dogs and cats only) allowed: €5.00/night per pet
- Tourist tax to be collected as per local regulations
